Home Decor & Gift
Home decor and gift items may be returned up to seven (7) days after delivery/pick up for a full refund of the purchase price.
Plants
A lot can happen between the greenhouse and your home, so Canoyer Garden Center does not accept returns on any plant material. If an issue has arisen with a plant purchased here, please contact us by using the contact form or email us at canoyer@canoyergardencenter.com and we will do our best to help in any way we can!
Perennial, Tree, and Shrub Warranty
We offer a one-year warranty on perennials, trees, and shrubs purchased at Canoyer Garden Center. In order to process your warranty, we may ask to collect photos of the plant for our records and to address any potential environmental factors that may have contributed to the plant’s demise. We will credit you for the cost of the plant which may be used towards the purchase of a replacement or as store credit for other items. Replacement plants are not covered under the warranty.
Chemical & Fertilizer
Canoyer Garden Center does not accept returns for chemicals and fertilizers.
Unused/Excess Bulk Landscape Materials
We do not accept bulk landscape material returns.
